Jewish Meditation and Spirituality Programs
The Jewish Meditation Program offers opportunities to engage with and practice meaningful ways in our Jewish Spirituality. Our program events are open to all individuals, regardless of age, religious affiliation or meditation experience. There are first-time meditators attending our events, as well as individuals with long-time meditation practices of varying traditions. All are welcome to experience and find a deeper connection to their Spiritual Judaism through participation in our programs.
